About Us

Holland’s 20-year insurance career includes being a life and qualifing member of the Million Dollar Round Table, a leading producer for several managed care providers, a member of the United Health Care Broker Advisory Council and licensure in multiple states. Holland founded Benefit Development Group in 1986. He provides counsel and client support in a wide range of specialties, such as strong leadership in employee benefit management, client and employee relations, and detailed attention to client needs. Among his charitable achievements and perhaps his truest testament to caring for people is work with the United Way, Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Authority.

David has primary responsibility for the management of benefit administration and also lends his knowledge in client support. He manages an accurate billing system for clients as well as detailed tracking of all related information. He maintains current knowledge of COBRA, HIPPA and FMLA regulations. Over the years, David has garnered much experience in working closely with human resource departments to provide successful outsource solutions.
